You can speak with an experienced Connecticut Medicaid Attorney at the special rate of $25 for a telephone consultation of up to 15 minutes. To speak with an experienced Connecticut Medicaid Attorney simply fill out the form below. Please be sure your email address is correct or you may not receive your response.

How it Works

Fill out the information above and submit your question. Some important information to include is:

  1. if the potential Medicaid applicant is married or single;
  2. if any gifts or transfers of assets out of the potential Medicaid applicant’s name took place in the last 5 years;
  3. if the potential Medicaid applicant is already in a facility or is in good health;
  4. the approximate value of all assets with the potential applicant’s name, specifically identify how much is residential real estate;
  5. your goals and what you would like to accomplish.

Each case is different, so the more details you include the more information you can receive during your consultation. After you submit your question(s) you will be taken to the next page with a link to complete payment of the $25 fee. If you are a current Title19CT.com member and have not already used your free telephone consultation then you do not have to make an additional payment. An attorney will contact you by email shortly after payment is received to schedule your consultation.

Consultations normally take place between 9-5 M-F, evenings and weekends are available on a limited basis. If your situation requires additional attention, we will review your options for addressing your goals.
